Who we are
YAAI is a vehicle recovery service in the UAE, operated by KDK420 GENERAL TRADING - L.L.C - S.P.C (trade licence CN-6013509, Abu Dhabi, UAE). If you have any question about your data, write to contact@kdk420.ae.
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
On this website (yaai.ae). Nothing that identifies you. If you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address. If you choose "Decline", none of this is collected.
If you use the YAAI app to request a recovery:
- your mobile number (you sign in with a one-time code sent by SMS), your name and, if you give it, your email address;
- your vehicles: make, model, plate number, type and, if you add one, a photo;
- the pickup and destination of each recovery, and the route the truck took;
- photos the driver takes of your car at pickup and at delivery;
- payments: amount, method and status. Card details go straight to our payment provider, Stripe; YAAI never sees or stores your full card number;
- the ratings and comments you give, and receive;
- details of your phone needed to send you notifications;
- what tells us an account belongs to the same person: every phone number the account has used, an identifier of each phone you sign in from, and a code from Stripe that recognises a payment card without revealing its number.
If you drive for YAAI (YAAI Driver app): the account details above, plus your driving licence, Emirates ID or passport, recovery certification, vehicle registration and insurance, your truck's details, your bank details for payouts, your earnings and your ratings. While you are online and during a job, the app records your location, also in the background, so we can offer you nearby jobs and the customer can see the truck coming. Your Emirates ID, licence and bank details also make sure one person holds only one driver account.
Why we use it
- To run each recovery: find the nearest available driver, show the customer the truck live, confirm the handover with the customer's 4-digit code and keep a record of the job.
- To take payment, issue invoices and pay drivers.
- To check drivers before they can take jobs.
- To keep everyone safe and settle disagreements: the photos, the job timeline and the GPS record show what happened.
- To send sign-in codes and updates about your recovery.
- To stop misuse: if a new account is opened to get around a suspension, a low rating or an unpaid fee, we recognise the person and link the accounts. You can ask us to review a link, and a person checks it.
- To improve the service; on the website, only if you accept cookies.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see it
- During a job, the driver sees your name, a number to call you, the pickup and destination and your vehicle's details. You see the driver's name, their truck and where it is. Only you see the handover code.
- Companies that help us run YAAI, only for that purpose: Stripe (payments), our SMS and notification providers, map providers (for addresses and routes), our hosting and storage providers, and Google Analytics (website only, with your consent).
- Authorities, when UAE law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account details are kept while your account is open. The location record of a job is kept for 12 months, the photos taken during a job for 24 months, and payment and invoice records for 5 years, to settle disputes and meet our legal, tax and accounting duties. The details that recognise the same person are kept while any of that person's accounts is open, and for 2 years after the last one closes. After that, the data is deleted.
Where it is kept
On secure servers run by our hosting providers. Some of the companies above, such as Stripe and Google, may handle data outside the UAE, with the safeguards the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete your account. You can withdraw your consent at any time. On this website, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page to change your choice: if you switch to "Decline", Google Analytics stops at once and its cookies are removed.
Write to contact@kdk420.ae; we reply within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile; records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required, then deleted.
Children
YAAI is for adults with a vehicle. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Security
Data travels encrypted between the apps, the website and our servers. Only the people involved in a job, and staff who need it for their work, can see its details; car photos and driver documents are visible only to them.
Changes
If we change this policy we update this page. For important changes we also tell you in the app.

نتعامل مع البيانات الشخصية وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات (المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021).
ما الذي نجمعه
على هذا الموقع (yaai.ae). لا شيء يدل على هويتك. إذا اخترت «موافق» في شريط ملفات تعريف الارتباط، يسجّل Google Analytics كيف يُستخدم الموقع: الصفحات التي تزورها، ونوع جهازك ومتصفحك، وموقعاً تقريبياً يُستنتج من عنوان الإنترنت الخاص بك. وإذا اخترت «رفض» فلا يُجمع شيء من ذلك.
إذا استخدمت تطبيق YAAI لطلب سحب مركبة:
- رقم هاتفك المتحرك (تسجّل الدخول برمز لمرة واحدة يصلك برسالة نصية)، واسمك، وبريدك الإلكتروني إن أضفته؛
- مركباتك: الشركة المصنّعة، والطراز، ورقم اللوحة، والنوع، وصورتها إن أضفتها؛
- موقع الاستلام والوجهة في كل طلب، والمسار الذي سلكته الشاحنة؛
- الصور التي يلتقطها السائق لسيارتك عند الاستلام وعند التسليم؛
- المدفوعات: المبلغ وطريقة الدفع وحالته. بيانات البطاقة تذهب مباشرة إلى مزوّد الدفع Stripe، ولا ترى YAAI رقم بطاقتك كاملاً ولا تحفظه؛
- التقييمات والتعليقات التي تكتبها والتي تُكتب عنك؛
- بيانات هاتفك اللازمة لإرسال الإشعارات إليك؛
- ما يدلّنا على أن الحساب يخص الشخص نفسه: كل رقم هاتف استخدمه الحساب، ومعرّف كل هاتف تسجّل الدخول منه، ورمز من Stripe يتعرّف على بطاقة الدفع دون أن يكشف رقمها.
إذا كنت سائقاً لدى YAAI (تطبيق YAAI Driver): بيانات الحساب المذكورة أعلاه، إضافة إلى رخصة القيادة، والهوية الإماراتية أو جواز السفر، وشهادة العمل في السحب، وملكية المركبة وتأمينها، وبيانات شاحنتك، وبياناتك البنكية لتحويل مستحقاتك، وأرباحك، وتقييماتك. وأثناء اتصالك بالخدمة وخلال تنفيذ أي طلب، يسجّل التطبيق موقعك، حتى وهو يعمل في الخلفية، لنعرض عليك الطلبات القريبة منك، وليرى العميل الشاحنة وهي في طريقها إليه. كما تُستخدم هويتك الإماراتية ورخصتك وبياناتك البنكية للتأكد من أن لكل شخص حساب سائق واحداً فقط.
لماذا نستخدمها
- لتنفيذ كل طلب: إيجاد أقرب سائق متاح، وعرض الشاحنة للعميل مباشرة على الخريطة، وتأكيد التسليم برمز العميل المكوّن من 4 أرقام، والاحتفاظ بسجل للطلب.
- لتحصيل الدفعات، وإصدار الفواتير، وتحويل مستحقات السائقين.
- للتحقق من السائقين قبل أن يتمكنوا من قبول الطلبات.
- لحماية الجميع وحل الخلافات: فالصور والتسلسل الزمني للطلب وسجل المواقع توضح ما حدث.
- لإرسال رموز الدخول والتحديثات الخاصة بطلبك.
- لمنع إساءة الاستخدام: إذا فُتح حساب جديد للتحايل على إيقاف أو تقييم منخفض أو رسوم غير مسددة، نتعرّف على الشخص ونربط الحسابات. ويمكنك أن تطلب مراجعة هذا الربط، ويتولى ذلك موظف مختص.
- لتحسين الخدمة، وعلى الموقع فقط إذا وافقت على ملفات تعريف الارتباط.
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات جهات أخرى.
من يمكنه الاطلاع عليها
- أثناء الطلب، يرى السائق اسمك، ورقماً للاتصال بك، وموقع الاستلام والوجهة، وبيانات مركبتك. وترى أنت اسم السائق وشاحنته وموقعها. رمز التسليم لا يراه أحد غيرك.
- الشركات التي تساعدنا في تشغيل YAAI، ولهذا الغرض وحده: Stripe (المدفوعات)، ومزوّدو الرسائل النصية والإشعارات، ومزوّدو الخرائط (للعناوين والمسارات)، ومزوّدو الاستضافة والتخزين، وGoogle Analytics (على الموقع فقط، وبموافقتك).
- الجهات الرسمية، عندما يقتضي قانون دولة الإمارات ذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ بها
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طوال فترة بقائه مفتوحاً. ونحتفظ بسجل مواقع الطلب لمدة 12 شهراً، وبالصور الملتقطة أثناء الطلب لمدة 24 شهراً، وبسجلات الدفع والفواتير لمدة 5 سنوات، لتسوية أي خلاف والوفاء بالتزاماتنا القانونية والضريبية والمحاسبية. ونحتفظ بالبيانات التي تتعرّف على الشخص نفسه طوال بقاء أيٍّ من حساباته مفتوحاً، ولمدة سنتين بعد إغلاق آخرها. وبعد ذلك تُحذف البيانات.
أين تُحفظ
على خوادم آمنة لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة لدينا. وقد تعالج بعض الشركات المذكورة أعلاه، مثل Stripe وGoogle، بيانات خارج الدولة، مع الضمانات التي يفرضها القانون.
خياراتك وحقوقك
يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها، أو تصحيحها، أو حذف حسابك. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. على هذا الموقع، استخدم رابط إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط أسفل كل صفحة لتغيير اختيارك: إذا غيّرته إلى «رفض» يتوقف Google Analytics فوراً وتُحذف ملفاته.
راسلنا على contact@kdk420.ae، ونرد خلال 30 يوماً. حذف حسابك يزيل ملفك الشخصي؛ أما السجلات التي يلزمنا القانون بحفظها فنحتفظ بها للمدة المطلوبة فقط، ثم تُحذف.
الأطفال
YAAI مخصصة للبالغين الذين يملكون مركبة. يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدامها.
الأمان
تنتقل البيانات مشفّرة بين التطبيقات والموقع وخوادمنا. ولا يطّلع على تفاصيل أي طلب إلا الأطراف المعنيون به والموظفون الذين يحتاجونها لأداء عملهم؛ وصور السيارات ووثائق السائقين لا يراها غيرهم.
